PROMPT DELIVERY:

All orders are shipped US Priority Mail and take 2-5 days for delivery on items that are in stock.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling and insurance. If we are shipping to two or more addresses, rates apply for each address.   We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

The shipping rates for retail purchases are:
$1-$49.99=$7.95
$50-$99.99=$11.95
$100 and over=$16.95

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the piece(s) in new or unworn condition for a refund (less shipping charges) or exchange the item(s) within 15 days of purchase. All returns/exchanges must be in their original condition and be accompanied with a copy of the original sales invoice. We ask that you properly package the item and for your protection please use insured, traceable delivery.

The purchase price of the item will always be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note shipping charges are not refundable.   C.O.D.'S are not accepted.

ALTERATIONS:

Almost all jewelry can be altered to your specifications. If a piece is too long or too short, or if you prefer gold instead of silver findings, please e-mail us at sarabouvier@bouvierdesigns.com in order to make arrangements. Additional charges may apply.
